Trying something a little different

Well, this isn't the first blog I have created and it may not be the last but I wanted a blog I could use as a sort of miscellaneous and personal blog and settled on this one. My wife also suggested I create a photoblog as a platform for my photos (I am getting more and more into my photography and while I may not be technically proficient, I am enjoying it tremendously).

So, anyway, here I am. I hope this blog works for you and for me!

I decided to merge my nascent photoblog with this one considering both blogs are focussed on stuff I am passionate about and because I have way too many blogs to maintain with any semblance of frequency and reliability.
