We have just finished our meal at the Hokkaido restaurant in Norwood, Johannesburg. It is a great Japanese restaurant that serves a variety of well prepared Japanese and, I think, Chinese food. Highly recommended!
My wife had miso soup and sushi and I had honey chicken teppanyaki (I am sure I have spelt that wrong). The service was fantastic (our waitress apologised for not attending to us often enough even though she came to our table to check on us or bring more drinks half a dozen times) and the food was great.
