Comprehensive BEE review on Cliffe Dekker’s website

I came across what appears to be a pretty comprehensive review of the Black Economic Empowerment framework on the Cliffe Dekker website.  The content on the site includes a review of the legislation and various codes as well as a publication titled "Way to BEE 2006" which you can have emailed to you (the file is 1.4MB).  The review looks pretty comprehensive and is worth visiting if you are curious about how BEE affects you.
