Podcasting legal guide for US bloggers

Here is a useful site for my US visitors who run their own blogs and who may be concerned about the legal implications of their blogs.  Creative Commons has published a guide titled "Podcasting Legal Guide: Rules for the Revolution" which is really worth reading if you publish a blog in the United States.  Come to think of it, if you run a blog on any American service (like TypePad, Blogger or WordPress), it is probably a good idea to read this guide anyway.
