President Bush has illegal music on his iPod?

According to the RIAA, President Bush probably has illegal music on his iPod.  His iPod apparently has some Beatles music on his iPod and since the iTunes Music Store has not been licensed to sell Beatles music, it is likely that President Bush ripped the music from his Beatles collection and stored the songs on his iPod.  Wondering where the illegal music is?  Well, the RIAA has argued that ripping songs from CDs you have paid for and storing this music on your iPod (or other music player) is illegal.

I wonder if the President is going to be sued over this one?
