I got this one from G and have no idea who wrote it (so if you know, let me know so I can credit the author).  It is brilliant!

In the beginning was the Plan.
And then came the Assumptions.
And the Assumptions were without form.
And the Plan was without substance.

And darkness was upon the face of the workers.
And they spoke amongst themselves saying.
"It is a crock of shit and it stinketh".
And the workers went as one unto the Supervisors, and said, "It is a
pail of dung and we can not live with the smell"

And the Supervisors went up unto the Management saying, "It's a
container of excrement and it is so strong such that none may abide it"

And the Managers went up unto the Production Director saying, "It is a
vessel of fertiliser and non can stand against its strength"

And the Production Director went up unto the Chairman saying, "It is
thought by all to promote growth and consider it most potent"

And the Chairman called a board meeting and said unto the assembled,
"This new plan will promote the growth and vigour of the company with
powerful effect"

And the board looked upon the Plan and saw that it was good.

And the Plan became policy.
