I have been a bit quiet the last few days mainly because I have been really ill the last two days.  I seem to have picked up some nasty version of gastro or gastric flu (or whatever it is called) and I haven't been able to sit at my computer long enough to even think about blogging.  Anyway, I feel much better now and I am working through my feeds and should get around to a few posts before I go to bed in a bit.
