I am a Web and Digital Media Lawyer and I specialise in that junction between the social Web and the law. Its a pretty exciting space which I am passionate about. I also have a noticeable fetish for website terms and conditions (no idea where that came from).
I write about Web and digital media legal issues and trends on my web.tech.law site and fairly erratically about technology, social media and miscellania on this blog. I spend a lot of time on the social Web, its one of the reasons I know so much about it. I speak about legal issues associated with digital and marketing initiatives. I'm told I am quite entertaining too.
