		<description>Well, giving people an invite doesn&#039;t make them automatic participants in all waves.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ve used it a little but I am still working on workflows that make sense.  It is easy for a wave to start to look very messy and not very conduce to productive collaboration.  I&#039;d also like to see better text formatting tools for some of the work I do.</description>
