Profiles and pages: getting the word out

This is a repost from my Jacobson Attorneys site. I am reposting this both to get the word out to those of you who don’t follow that blog and also because I would love to get some feedback from the very smart people who follow this one.

Being a new media lawyer means being exposed to some pretty interesting developments at the intersection of social media and business. Part of my efforts to develop a greater awareness of the importance of managing the risks that arise when people participate in social media include two recent developments.
