		<description>Oh there is definitely a skills shortage in SA but people don't leave in such numbers for no good reason.  What I would certainly like to see is the SA government creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment here.  People need to feel wanted and needed and that their contributions will be valued.</description>

There's a huge shortage of skill in the country. 

That's why there are programs at the moment aimed at getting &lt;a href='http://r2p2g.eu' rel="nofollow"&gt;South Africans&lt;/a&gt; back home (such as the "homecoming revolution"). 

But more and more &lt;a href='http://r2p2g.eu' rel="nofollow"&gt;South Africans&lt;/a&gt; are trying to learn European languages in SA so they can &lt;a href='http://r2p2g.eu' rel="nofollow"&gt;leave South Africa&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
