Perhaps respond to your fans

Inaccessible. This is probably not the way you want to be perceived by your fans.

Now I listen to a number of Leo Laporte’s netcasts and he often talks about how little time he has for email. At the same time, how do you deal with the tremendous volume of email and other forms of communication from fans when you become as successful as you would like? The big issue here is that if you don’t respond to your fans the conversation dries up and that is contrary to the spirit of social media.
