geojoey = Google Maps + Digg + experiences
Now geojoey is an interesting site. It is a mashup of Google Maps, a Digg-type voting facility and social sharing features to give you a site which enables people to share their experiences all over the world.
The way it seems to work is that you create an account, write about an experience you had and locate that experience somewhere on the map. Other users will be able to view your account of your experiences and vote on them.
In a way it is virtual tourism combined with a little vicarious living. Let me know what you think if you decide to give it a go.
