Hybrid fee structure introduced

As a further part of our review of our fee structure, we are publishing an hybrid fee structure as an alternative to our usual hourly fee structure.  At present, our hybrid fee structure is available for use in litigation matters.  We are working on a similar fee structure for agreements and other commercial work.  The hybrid fee structure includes flat fees for many attendances and retains the hourly fee basis for those attendances which are more time dependent (for example, court attendances and drafting of longer documents).  We have now also included flat fees for certain contracts and other documents.

You can view our hybrid fee structure by clicking on the image below:

Our terms of appointment have been updated to take this new component of our fee structure into account.
