Telkom, in the land of the blind
Moneyweb has reported that at the ongoing ICASA hearings on Telkom’s ADSL offerings, the following gem came out:
In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.?? This was the response given by MTN Network Solutions architect Stanley Freiman when asked why Telkom’s broadband products were rated as the best in the South African market.
He said that with a limited range of products to choose from in a market dominated by the fixed-line operator, it was inevitable that Telkom’s three broadband offerings would be rated higher than those furnished by Sentech, Vodacom and WBS.
