It is Monday morning and I am back at work. Matchbox 20 is playing on the radio. The sky is predominantly blue with just a little cloud off to my left as I look out the window. I saw quite a bit of cloud when I drove in this morning so it will probably cloud over during the course of the day.

I am not too thrilled to be back here. That is not to say that I still want to be on holiday. I am ok with having to return to work but my experiences this brief holiday have ignited a spark in me which I would much rather cultivate and develop into a new full-time occupation which would be the epitome of the saying that ‘work is love made manifest’, or something along those lines. As you may have gathered, I am a Reiki Master and the owner of an online directory for healthcare and wellness practitioners. I started giving Reiki treatments in return for payment last week and it appears that this is going to develop nicely in the coming weeks and months with more people wanting to come to me. I have also been working pretty hard on a manual for classes which are scheduled to begin toward the end of this month. Although I spent hours working on the manual so far and will spend many more in the coming weeks , it is work I enjoy and I look forward to getting back to it. Stark contrast to my work as a corporate litigation attorney

That having been said, I must do some of this work I have here. May this year be a great one!
